The Prairie Classroom is an indoor/outdoor learning space
for mixed age groups (7+). Classes are held from Mondays
from 10am - 3pm and are led by Kelli Ebel from the Ebel
Grasslands Ranch. Kelli holds a Masters in Curriculum
Development/Spanish and taught at Paris Junior College for 8
years. With a passion for outdoor education and
exploration, we offer small groups with a wide variety of fun,
hands-on learning opportunities such as:
Backyard Habitats
Outdoor Exploration
Prairie Ecology
Nature Journaling
Math Lab
Spanish/ASL
Art
Powerful Poetry
Reading Theatre
Book to Film Club
Cultural Festivities
